Mental Health
Counseling
Counseling is extremely important, I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone. There are several great resources listed above for both in person and online counseling. There is also anonymous chats if you are not comfortable!
Education
& Training
Whether you're questioning, a parent, a teacher, or an ally, education on the LGBTQ+ community is extremely important. For more on sexuality and gender, please visit our "Education" tab!

Advocacy
There are several awesome organizations you can join to make your voice heard! The Trevor project focuses on LGBTQ youth, Planned Parenthood works for human rights and health services, the Human Rights organization works mainly in LGBTQ+, and there are several other great groups for BIPOC, women, immigrants, etc!
