Who We Are & What We Do

Mission
Culpeper, Virginia is a very conservative town, matching many southern towns and cities across the nation. We have populations of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and women that lack representation and a voice in the community. The goal of Culpeper PRIDE is to not only celebrate diverse LGBTQ+ but spread funds and awareness for great organizations helping to ensure not only safety but equality for LGBTQ+ in America.

Vision
June 2021, Culpeper will hold a Pride festival for everyone to celebrate the diverse people of our town. This event will donate funds to amazing organizations and go on to create a safe place for any LGBTQ+ in Virginia. We need to take those first steps in fighting for equality, in making our country a safe place for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, women, and immigrants.
